The work program of RISBANGSI section can be seen through the vision of its mission;

VISION

Being a developer unit of information systems academic and nonacademic as well as one of the central research and innovation of IT to support the achievement of Telkom University into a world-class university

 

MISSION

  • Provide a functioning information system with reliable services for the entire academic community of the University of Telkom

  • Build and manage integrated information systems with database systems, architectures, and frameworks are built as value-added and superior competence Telkom University

Due RISBANGSI is part of a support team at Telkom University services, particularly support in the application development requested by the work units at Telkom University. There are only two business processes owned RISBANGSI namely Business Process of Development Information Systems, the business process is officially listed in the document Procedure of Information Systems Development Unit RISBANGSI Directorate of SISFO. Could be traced in iGracias module Manajamen Document System with numbers Tel_U-NA-WR1-DSI-RPSI-PR-001 Effective date June 27, 2016 and was approved by the Vice Rector Dr. Ir. Heroe Wijanto. The second is the Business Process of Applications Testing and Handover, business processes are listed officially in a document Procedures of Application Testing and Handover Unit RISBANGSI Directorate of SISFO. Could be traced in iGracias module Manajamen Document System with numbers Tel_U-NA-WR1-DSI-RPSI-PR-002 Effective date June 27, 2016 and was approved by the Vice Rector Dr. Ir. Heroe Wijanto.

 

POLICY FOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF INFORMATION SYSTEM DIRECTORATE SERVICES

We are committed to providing information technology services within the University by adhering to the following principles:

  • Guarantee the availability of information technology services according to the expectations of service users.
  • Ensuring the capacity of information technology services to meet the needs of service users.
  • Ensure the handling of disruption of information technology services in accordance with the time agreed upon with service users.
  • Ensure fulfillment of requests for information technology services in accordance with the time agreed upon with service users.

In an effort to carry out the principles of the implementation of these services, the Directorate of Information Systems will communicate the operational implementation of an ISO 20000-1: 2011 based service management system to interested parties
