System of Documents Governance Application in Telkom University

Document Management System (DMS) Application is an application that organize and store various types of documents.

The purpose of this Application:

  • Provides Document Management System integrated with iGracias via Single Sign-On.
  • Help facilitate the submission of the document flow from the unit or faculty leadership.
  • Simplify management and storage of documents efficiently and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining the security of the information contained in the documents of external factors and internal unwanted.
